Running

Kalmar city center is the right place for the audience to be during the run. Take a seat at one of the restaurants or get a good view of the course along Kalmar's shopping streets. Another tip you can't miss is to stand on Stortorget where the participants pass three times before they finally get to run into the finish line.

The finish line

Don't miss the finish line at Stortorget in Kalmar where we cheer on the participants on "the Magic carpet" and finally call them IRONMAN! The first professional usually crosses the finish line around 14.30–15.00 and the finish line is then open until 23.20. The last hour before the finish line closes is called Heroes' Hour.
