Öland’s southern tip

Öland’s southern tip is a fantastic place to visit. It starts at Karl X Gustaf’s Wall and includes Ottenby Kungsgård (state demesne), the Schäferi meadows, the lighthouse village with Naturum Ottenby, and the Långe Jan lighthouse. During spring and autumn, bird watchers gather at this unique place to spot migrating birds. On the rocks just off the coast, seals bask in the sunshine for all to see. There are restaurants in the area.
