Runestone Church

Runsten's church is located in the village of Södra Runsten. The original church has been demolished and the foundation of the medieval church is under the ground south of the current church. Pillars from the old church are now used as gate posts. The new church was built in 1836-38. Runsten's church is one of the few provincial churches with a tower clock, which was added in 1875.
