Öland ice cream

Here, only natural ingredients are used, which means, for example, that there are fresh strawberries in the strawberry ice cream, your own boiled elderberry juice in the elderberry sorbet, etc. Today, there are about 100 different recipes within our three types of ice cream. Here they have been making ice cream and sorbet here in the house since 1987.
