There is a living room area with one bed 120cm, a dinner table, a small TV with a limited offer of canals. There is one bedroom with a bed of 120 cm wide, and one bunk bed. The cottage has a WC and a shower. The cottage runs on electrical heat and it has a lovely outdoor area in Greek style outside of the cottage with a barbeque and outdoor furniture. Child friendly.

Pets are allowed but remember that you need to clean up neatly after your pet both inside and outside when you leave the cottage. The cottage is on the landlord's ground. Smoking inside is not allowed.

The owner has a pool that you are not allowed to use unless you have an agreement with the owner.

Färjestaden is located 8 kilometers away. Nearest beach is 4 kilometers away at Haga park or Eriksöre.
