Norrgården's Farm Shop
In the middle of the World Heritage Site, on southwestern Öland, is Norrgården's farm shop and farm. The shop offers a large assortment of different vegetables and most of it is grown on the farm.
The range varies according to the season. The strawberries ripen from the end of June to mid-July. Take the opportunity to fill the freezer with the sweetest strawberries during your stay on Öland. It is popular to pick your own strawberries, but Norrgården also offers ready-picked ones. From cultivations of strawberries, sea buckthorn and pumpkins, among other things, comes the raw materials for the products that Norrgården produces, jams, marmalades, spices, vinegar, linseed oil, etc.
If you visit them during Öland's Harvest Festival, they can promise an experience out of the ordinary. In their large straw-covered barn you can experience arts and crafts of all kinds, a local market, serving and of course lots of vegetables.
