We are a small artisan bakery on Öland.
For our pastries, we use the best ingredients we can get, organic and preferably locally produced.
We only use old grain varieties such as Spelt, Emmer, Enkorn, Svedjerrye, Öland's country wheat and focus on sourdough and whole grains. We also have German specialties.
We have a small bread shop in Bröttorp 254/Norra Möckleby on central/eastern Öland.
