Fredriksson's Taste Delight
Fredriksson's Smakglädje is run by Christer and Mona, who produce jams, marmalades and, not least, a barbecue sauce that has won the Swedish championship gold. There is a shop both at Solliden Palace and in Byxelkrok.
The Fredriksson products are made by Mona and Christer with small-scale food craftsmanship and completely without additives or essences. The products give you a taste experience beyond the ordinary.
The products are certified according to Eldrimner, Äkta vara and by KRAV and have received several gold and silver medals in the Swedish championships for food crafts and have been selected to be included in the Nobel Festivities' Nobel NightCap for several years.
