Öland dumplings

Dumplings in the Öland way are a delicacy! They are made with raw grated and boiled potatoes with cured pork and onion filling, mushroom filling for a vegetarian option and serve with butter, cream and lingonberry jam. Swedish, or should we say Öland home cooking at its best!
