Christmas concert with Sofia Källgren and Erik Linder

Classic and beloved Christmas songs are interspersed with magnificent duets such as The Prayer, Phantom of the Opera and Beauty and the Beast. With warmth, humor and personal chats, the audience is treated to a unique concert evening in Drabantsalen. Sofia Källgren is one of Sweden's most versatile and popular artists. During her long career, she has participated in Melodifestivalen, Rhapsody in Rock and the Christmas Gala, played in the musical Miss Saigon and made the Swedish voice of Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast. She has also had a successful career in China with recordings, tours and TV appearances. Erik Linder got his big break in Talang in 2009 and has since participated in Melodifestivalen and the Diggiloo tour. With his wide repertoire, personal charisma and relaxed stage presence, he combines musical skill with humour. At the piano is Fredrik Wide, an appreciated pianist who has accompanied several of Sweden's great artists. When darkness descends over Borgholm Castle, a very special Christmas atmosphere is created. The courtyard is lit up by lanterns and candlesticks, the fire baskets crackle and the smell of hot mulled wine greets visitors at the entrance. A cosy start to an evening where music and the magic of Christmas are at the centre.
