In recent years, we have run a restaurant in the middle of the pulse of the restaurant-dense main street, we have learned what it means to be part of Borgholm's food culture and are now striving for new culinary challenges. We call our project BIRK, the name comes from the Öland language and means birch.
The birch is a recurring theme that will be identifiable in both aroma and taste over our custom-built grill "Birger"
