Autumn is here and what better way than a little trip to Öland?
Watch out, here is a nice tour of the southern part!
- The shop Målafärg on Storgatan 10 in Färjestaden sells linseed oil paint from Ottosson's färgmakeri In and dream away among soft fine colours!
- A visit to Capellagården is a must. Eat well and be inspired in an incredible environment!
- In Mörbylånga you will find Lilla Bistron, where you eat the best burgers and finish with the best ice cream I've ever eaten. From @alvaretsglassmejeri.
- In Kastlösa you stop at The Kalm Taste and then you never want to leave because everything is so nice and smells and tastes so good.
- A small stop at Stickobrinn is a must! The small shed outside is always open!
- In Himmelsberga , you stroll around in historic environments and suddenly feel like joining Ölandsgård. Every time!
- But until the right one turns up, you will be inspired to 1000 by both color choices and construction and garden ideas from the past.
- Head to Stora Rör and stop at the cute farm shop along the way!
- If you want to try the tastiest buns north of the equator, you go down to the harbor and Mormor's stone oven bakery.
- Take the opportunity to try your mushroom luck in the surrounding forests. If you get a bite, you'll be glad you also got a nice bread from grandma's stone oven bakery.

In Himmelsberga, the double row village became a museum. Stroll around in well-preserved environments from the 1700s and 1800s and be inspired to the point that an Öland farm is now at the top of the wish list!
